Qualifying Residents of the United States who register and recieve the e-certificate or are active members for a minimum of 30 days of the following Farm Bureau Member (states).

Customers may enroll via their Farm Bureau member websites.  Their membership ID is required for online enrollment only.  Additionally, eligible Farm Bureau members may contact Farm Bureau Customer Service at 1-888-322-5862 if they need assistance

• Limit 5 per household
• A/X/Z/D-Plan delivery types are not eligible
• The certificate can be transferred within household before it is generated.  Once the certificate is generated, it cannot be transferred to another person.  The sale must be reported to the person/business name and address shown on the certificate
